Who is the Pro Masterclass for?+

Working beauty pros and hair designers across makeup, hair and wedding. Register with your name and email (salon optional); we check you in against the RSVP list at the lobby with a photo ID — bring it on the day.

What's the refund policy?+

Full refund up to 10 days before the event (by Jul 3). Within 10 days of Jul 13, tickets can't be cancelled or refunded — but your seat is transferable to another pro. No-shows are non-refundable. Final terms confirmed at checkout.

What should I bring or wear?+

Just your ID — no kit needed, the session is demo-led. Come in comfortable professional attire; a notebook or phone for notes is handy.

What language is it run in?+

The masterclass runs in English, with Korean supported. The demo-led format makes the technique easy to follow regardless of first language.

What's the building entry procedure?+

Check in at the lobby against the pre-registered list — a photo ID is required to go up to the 14th floor. Please arrive about 15 minutes early to clear security.
