How do I prove I'm a licensed pro?+
Register with your license or salon credential. We verify the pre-registered name list at lobby check-in alongside a photo ID — bring both on the day.
What's the refund policy?+
Full refund up to 7 days before the event. Within 7 days, your seat is transferable to another licensed pro. No-shows are non-refundable. Final terms confirmed at checkout.
What should I bring or wear?+
Just your ID — no kit needed, the session is demo-led. Come in comfortable professional attire; a notebook or phone for notes is handy.
What language is it run in?+
The masterclass runs in English, with Korean supported. The demo-led format makes the technique easy to follow regardless of first language.
What's the building entry procedure?+
Check in at the lobby against the pre-registered list — a photo ID is required to go up to the 22nd floor. Please arrive about 15 minutes early to clear security.
